Terms of Service

Our Role

Adventure By You is a luxury travel concierge and orchestrator. We plan, coordinate, and arrange travel experiences on your behalf, working with independent third-party vendors — including private aviation operators, airlines, hotels, villa managers, yacht charter companies, ground transportation providers, guides, and other specialists — who directly deliver the services you book. We do not own or operate aircraft, vessels, vehicles, or accommodations ourselves. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Bookings and Payment

Quotes provided by Adventure By You reflect pricing available from our vendor partners at the time of quoting and are subject to change or availability until confirmed. Once you accept a quote, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. Payment is processed either through Adventure By You or directly through the applicable vendor, as specified at the time of booking.

Prices may be affected by factors outside our control, including fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, seasonal demand, and vendor-imposed fees. We will disclose any known variable costs at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation policies, change fees, and refund terms are set by the individual vendor providing each service (the airline, operator, hotel, or charter company) and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Adventure By You will assist in coordinating any cancellation or change request but is not responsible for vendor cancellation policies or for losses resulting from them.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you and your travel companions hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documentation required for your itinerary, and for reviewing any health, safety, or entry requirements applicable to your destination. You are responsible for arriving at agreed departure points and meeting times. Adventure By You is not responsible for missed travel resulting from a client's failure to meet these obligations.

Limitation of Liability

Adventure By You acts as an intermediary and booking agent. Because travel services are performed by independent third-party vendors, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or negligence of any airline, aircraft operator, hotel, yacht charter company, ground transportation provider, or other vendor. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid to Adventure By You directly for arranging the affected booking.

We are also not responsible for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including weather, mechanical issues, government action, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

Website Use

Content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Adventure By You or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. We aim to keep information on this site accurate but do not guarantee that all pricing, availability, or destination information is current or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update or remove content at any time.

Third-Party Links and Vendors

Our website and communications may reference or link to third-party vendors, partners, or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Any agreement you enter with a vendor (an airline's conditions of carriage, a hotel's terms, a charter operator's contract) is between you and that vendor.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the States of New York and New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New York or New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
